Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return anymore.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also still be in its original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or refunds are refused.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged.
  • Any item with missing parts for reasons not due to our fault(s).
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once we have approved the return, your refund will be processed and a refund will be automatically issued to your account within 14 days, using the same payment method you placed the order with.


Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, check first with your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially transferred.

Shipping your return items
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return cost.

Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery of your order without prior notice to us, the parcel may be returned to our overseas supplier. In such cases:

  • This will be treated as an unauthorized return, and you may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Any refunds (if applicable) will only be issued after the item is successfully returned to our supplier, in accordance with our Return Policy.

  • Shipping costs, return fees, and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
